Talking Reminder user interface is a result of careful design to make its operation simple to use, but offer a wide variety of powerful features for advanced users.
Instantly see all your events on the main calendar window and identify the type of event by different event icons.
Adding, previewing and searching for events could not be easier.
To move an event to a different date you simply drag and drop it to any day on the calendar. Talking Reminder will do the rest and automatically adjust recurrence and pre-reminder options for you.

Automatic pre reminders

Automatic pre reminders make sure that you never forget to prepare for an event or to buy presents for a birthday that is coming up in a few days.

Customize visual look and feel to match your personality

You can customize almost any aspect of Talking Reminder user interface.

·	Various skins allow you to completely change the look and feel with just one mouse click.

·	Change the calendar background image and the way it is displayed.

·	Calendar colors, fonts are easily changed.

·	Choose between different styles of day mark options.

·	Choose the alert window position on the screen and change it's title.

Multiple alert options making sure you never miss an event

You can choose to display an alert window, send an email or execute a file when an alert is triggered. These options can be changed on a general level so that all newly created reminders use the defaults or you can choose to customize the actions on a per reminder basis.

Alerts can be snoozed manually or automatically. If you are not around - Talking Reminder will try to alert you using the standard alert window and after a number of repeated, unsuccessful retries, an email can be sent out to make sure you get the message.

Various sound and speech options

Talking Reminder can use sounds and/or speech to alert you about upcoming reminders or to tell you the time of the day.
(NOTE: For speech options the Microsoft Speech Engine must be installed)

Powerful search and preview options

You can preview all upcoming reminders for the next 6 weeks with a single mouse click and choose to have it visible at all times.
Searching for a specific event could not be easier with a powerful search features.
Moving your mouse over an event will instantly show it's time and title in the main window status bar.
You can double-click on a specific event to open/change it's properties or you can click on any day in the calendar to open all events for that day.

Backup functionality

Now you can easily back up all your reminders any time you want. Restore your reminders from any backup point with just a few mouse clicks.

Print output

With Talking Reminder - you can print your monthly or daily reminders summary and take it with you where ever you go. You can also search for specific reminders and print them out for reference.
